EDENS, a real estate owner, operator and developer of 110 properties across the United States, today announced two women-owned retailers coming to the RiNo Art District section of Five Points: Lost Room Collective and Three Arrows Gallery.

“At EDENS, we’re building an ecosystem of local and national retailers with the intention of creating a healthier, more supportive network for business owners,” said Tom Kiler, managing director at EDENS. “We are inspired by these women entrepreneurs and retail partners who are helping to advance our vision of creating a stronger community within Five Points.”

Founded by three women, Isabella Conte-Salazar, Emily Kaler and Lily Walters, Lost Room Collective is a specialized vintage shop with curated collections of clothing, art, furniture and home goods. Valuing sustainability, creative expression and inclusivity, this store strives to create a unique shopping experience for their customers and the community. The store opened on Feb. 4 at 2650 Walnut St.

Three Arrows Gallery is joining the RiNo community as an upscale market, offering retail space for women-owned small businesses. Providing visibility without the overhead and commitment of a dedicated retail store, the market will feature up to 20 vendors, with available spaces ranging from a single shelf to a 4’ x 10’ booth. Each vendor will be responsible for stocking their own space, while the Three Arrows Gallery team will handle operations and sales for a commission. The market is scheduled to open in mid-to-late April at 2605 Larimer St.

A mission-driven organization, EDENS’ Five Points portfolio consists of 50% women- and BIPOC- owned businesses. All of EDENS’ public spaces throughout its 110 properties nationwide are carbon-neutral, meaning they generate no additional carbon load on the planet.
