Goshen Development Announces Partnership with Continuum Partners to Address Workforce Housing Supply

Goshen Development is proud to have joined forces with Continuum Partners to address workforce housing shortages in Denver and Colorado. A vehicle to deliver attainable housing units that serve middle-income populations on a larger scale, the enterprise combines several sources of private investment capital to meet Colorado’s increasingly urgent housing needs.
A collaborative partnership, Goshen and the Continuum Partners will seek to improve economic equity among the metro area’s growing workforce. The partners will implement a set of strategies to build the next generation of middle-incoming housing in the high-value markets where attainable housing is beyond reach for as much as half of the population.
“Neighborhoods such as Five Points have experienced significant displacement as the city has grown and housing has become less affordable,” said Haroun Cowans, founder of Goshen Development. “Recognizing the importance of housing stability, our goal is to bring more attainable housing to the market.
